Okular password prompt modal screenshots

DESCRIPTION
Currently, when you open a password encrypted pdf in okular it does prompt you
to enter the password. But the text shown on the modal can be improved it only
shows `Please enter the password to read the document`, where the user will
have no clue about which document it is referring to if they are opening
multiple password protected pdfs. however, on entering cancel the application
do show an error message saying that `Couldn't open file <file_name>`. So I
propose to add the filename in the modal shown (`Please enter the password to
read the document: <file_name>`) to capture the password so that the user is
aware of the document it is currently trying to open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try opening a password protected pdf with okular

OBSERVED RESULT
- You will only see `Please enter the password to read the document` text in
the modal

EXPECTED RESULT
Password prompt modal with text `Please enter the password to read the
document: <file_name>`

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Okular version: 26.04.3
