1. Receive a low battery notification.
2. Look at the 60 seconds timer.
OBSERVED RESULT
The timer stays static at 60 seconds.
EXPECTED RESULT
The timer should count down in real-time, or go from 60, to 30, to 15, to
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
