Thanks for highlighting what you're referring to in the screenshots - it's the
Battery Critical Notification

The confusion was that this is a notification that does start a timer, but
there's not a timer in the UI. The notification text says the system will enter
suspend in 60 seconds.
The informational text for the Battery Critical event notification does say
"This notification triggers a countdown before doing the configured action..."

The maintainers will need to consider this.
