DESCRIPTION
With night-light active plasma effects and UI animations become slow and
stutter.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate night-light
2. Activate e.g. the overview effect (meta+w) or open Kickstarter
OBSERVED RESULT
Effect shows heavy stutter. See attached example video:
- At first the effect is smooth
- Activating nightlight triggers heavy mouse lag during day/night transition
- Then with nightlight active the overview effect stutters
- After deactivating nightlight the animation becomes smooth again
Note also OBS reporting dropped frames.
EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth and fast animations as without night-light active.
