With only one display active - no matter which, the others disabled in display settings - everything works fine (including overview). Since I use wobbly window that effect stutters too, but here are a few things that I noticed during testing. These may be red herrings, but maybe there's a clue: B) Starting OBS somewhere and wobbly window (kickstarter, panel reveal, ...) becomes smooth on all displays (except overview). C) One of the three displays (bottom right) is always smooth (except overview). It's connected via HDMI, the other two are Display-Port if that matters. D) Putting a single window on that always smooth display (bottom right) makes it also smooth on all displays (except overview). Makes no sense, but this is what I saw.
