KGet does not start downloading when I chose 'Redownload', the status becomes
'Stopped' and nothing else happens.
Steps to reproduce.
Prerequisites:
1. KGet is set to keep finished downloads.
2. Upon opening download is shown as Finished.
Steps:
1. Open KGet
2. Select downloaded file in status Finished.
3. Right-click, select Redownload.
4. Observe download changed the status to Stopped (or Stalled sometimes).
5. Close KGet
6. Launch KGet
7. Observe download of the file from p.2-3 is started normally.
