DESCRIPTION
The APN data is always lost. After every phone start (if the flight mode was
on) or by exiting flight mode after 20 minutes (or more).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter flight mode.
2. e.g. 20 minutes later: Leave flight mode.
Or:
1. Flight mode on
2. Restart the device
3. Turn flight mode off
OBSERVED RESULT
No APN-Data in the settings.
