The Ghostwriter download page (https://ghostwriter.kde.org/download/) points to
the GitHub release page for Microsoft Windows portable builds
(https://github.com/KDE/ghostwriter/releases/latest).
But on that release page, the latest version available is 2.1.6, from 4 years
ago.
Can we have a more recent build for Microsoft Windows?
