DESCRIPTION

Unable to access upper left area of primary monitor.

There's some posts from other experience the issue, on some forums. Rather
than recreate the wheel, I'll include those links, including a previous bug
that is very similar that could be related to this issue.

Note that I've tried the recommended workarounds and none survive a reboot, as
also noted in those threads.
