[wayland] Fix custom tooltip position on Wayland On Wayland we cannot use QWidget::move() or QWidget::setGeometry() to position native top-level windows, since Wayland doesn't provide any means of getting surface position on screen. Instead we should use `xdg_positioner` API, which is available via a private QWaylandClient API (available in Qt 6.11+). Wayland also requires popups to have a parent, otherwise positioning will be undefined.
