steam with oxygen theme
DESCRIPTION
the new "only shadow" option on window rules window decoration rendering does
not work with the oxygen window decoration theme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select oxygen as the window decoration theme
2. check borders/shadow of steam window(6.7.90 ships with a default window rule
for it)
3. select breeze
4. check borders/shadow of steam window (6.7.90 ships with a default window
rule for it)
OBSERVED RESULT
steam window has no border or shadow with oxygen selected, like when breeze is
selected
EXPECTED RESULT
steam windows has shadow and the oxygen window glow when oxygen is selected
