DESCRIPTION
The "check mail" button in kmail does not trigger checking mail. Also present
in Kontact.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Kmail with a network connection
2. Press the "check mail button"
OBSERVED RESULT
No action, bottom bar stays at "Ready"
EXPECTED RESULT
Progress bar as mailboxes are checked and updated, new mails (if received).
