Steps to reproduce:
With the screen reader active, open the system settings.
Navigate to the KDE wallet options.
Press enter to open the settings.
Press tab to navigate between the options. Orca only says scrollable area,
press tab again.
Current result: Unable to focus on any wallet settings option.
Expected result: It should be possible to interact with the interface widgets
using the keyboard.
Note: This appears to be a regression, as this worked at least in Plasma 6.7
with frameworks 7.28.
