Hi, Anan!

I'm afraid that is an expected behavior. Since Krita is a raster application it
should re-render a portion of the layers stack to show the modified result,
which takes a bit of time.

Alternatively, you can enable "Fast" mode of the transform tool (you can find
that in Tool Options docker). Then the preview will update instantly and in
sync with the handles. But this mode has some limitations, like, this preview
is not precise and it is rendered on the top of the layers stack instead of the
correct position.
