Thomas Bertels <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #15 from Thomas Bertels <[email protected]> --- The KCM seems to get the info from Solid::Device::listFromType(Solid::DeviceInterface::Processor[1][2] which ultimately gets the info from /proc/cpuinfo[3] /proc/cpuinfo does contain: "physical id" which identifies physical cpus "cpu cores" which contains the number of physical cores of the cpu "siblings" which contains the number of threads of the cpu. So CPUEntry could use this information filter by "physical id" and show the number of cores and threads instead of simply counting the number of entries returned by cpuinfo.
