I'm using 26.11.70
Generally, at the segment boundaries, the app usually shows the segment on the
right side of the pointer, and subtitles are no exception. But every time I CUT
the subtitles directly, it shows the subtitle that on the left side of the
pointer at the boundary.
Why?

一般情况下，在片段交界处，应用都会显示指针右边的片段，字幕也不例外
但每次直接分割字幕的时候，它会在交界处显示指针左边的字幕
为啥？
