I just fixed an issue where cutting a subtitle did not correctly update the monitor. However I am not sure it is the same bug you are reporting. Can you give me more details: Before you cut, you have overlapping subtitles: S3 and S4 ? Or is it one subtitle with text "S3\nS4" that you cut into 2 subtitles ? Also, how do you cut the subtitle ?
