Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. fix build nondeterminism This is a possible fix for https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=526254 I'll admit this is a bit of a stab in the dark, but the nondeterminism I observed was that the code for 'proxy' on line 14 of `applet/KDEDProxy.qml` was not consistently generated, and that refers to `kded`, which is possibly tied to `src/kded`, in which case it might make sense that 'src' would need to be included before 'applet'. The nondeterminism does appear to trigger quite easily without this change (by varying the build parallelism and retrying a few times), which goes away after this change.
