Make the distro error message selectable and fix the "Report this issue" link The dialog shown when a package operation fails due to a distro packaging problem (e.g. an install that would remove software critical to the system) asks the user to report the issue to their distro, but offers no way to copy the error message. This MR: - Makes the message selectable by showing it in a `Kirigami.SelectableLabel`, so it can be copied. - Fixes the "Report this issue to <distro>" link never being shown.
