Not only has the URL changed, but the whole document structure.
Also, the image URL is composed differently. It seems that it's necessary to
extract the _whole_ URL including parameters. Otherwise, a low resolution image
is served.

This means, that we cannot simply exchange the URL in apodprovider.cpp; there
needs to be a new code to search for the images’ URL in the HTML document.

I narrowed the position of the image URL down to the element

which contains the <img> element with the URL of today’s image.

IMHO though this could still be extracted with RegExes, a different code that
parses the DOM would probably be more reliable.
