Klipper: Do not set minimum config window size The minimum size was added in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/2259. With fonts sized around 20 px, this actually forces the horizontal bars back, but more importantly, the minimum size is not needed anymore. The config window was redesigned and without minimum size, there are no scrollbars by default. The minimum size was keeping it slightly unnecessary big.
