Hello. I am preparing the MeshMC project for the KDE Incubator. However, the
project has a strict dependency on Toml++ (or any TOML parser) for both reading
and writing operations, and I cannot switch to an alternative due to external
constraints. Since Toml++ is not available in the CI environment, I am
requesting that it either be added to the Git repository metadata or installed
in the CI images.
