I can reproduce the same issue reliably after display DPMS power-off/wake. All windows remain present and visible in Overview, but all Task Manager widgets stop showing running windows. Disabling “From Current Screen” does not restore them in my case. systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service restores the task lists immediately.
