DESCRIPTION
System Overview is reporting GPU usage above 100%
I was trying to play Deadlock and was getting constant crashes. I did some
research and the problem pointed towards NVIDIA drivers. So I rebased to a
NVIDIA LTS/STABLE branch. Now I have my weird issue with System Overview.
GPU usage will average 113% to 140% in some cases
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole and type bazzite-rollback-helper
2. Rebase -> bazzite-nvidia
3. Stable -> stable
OBSERVED RESULT
Result was the issue at hand.

I have also attempted to update the system manually and through bazzite portal
and update flatpak libraries for nvidia.
