Overlapping TV in Display Configuration, 60 Hz on secondary only and no HDR
setting

I can not turn off my Receiver without losing single to my main TV.
I have 3 TVs and all had no single.
As I'm unplugging HDMI cables I finally got my main TV single back.
Or
Turning off Receiver and back will change Res and lock it to 30 HZ or less.
Or
Turning off Receiver and back HDR stops working and doesn't show in Display
Settings.

Some of this just fixes it's self and I did nothing to resolve it.

Also froze Garry's Mod in middle of game

DESCRIPTION
Computer hooked to Receiver. Receiver Hooked to main TV.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off Receiver
2. Turn on Receiver
3. No single to all 3 TVs including 1 non HDMI TV or from 4K to 1080 and lock
to 30 Hz or lower
4. When unplugging HDMI cables I got single back
5. But no HDR and Hz lower to 30 or lower and can't fix either of them. They
fix them self when ever

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Regain single after turning Receiver off and lock Res, Hz, HDR and lock TV
placement in display settings. Attachment below.
