Dolphin config dialog with offset baselines
DESCRIPTION
The configuration dialog, Folders & Tabs page, Split view configuration has a
FormLayout-style prefix, another prefix after the colon, and a combobox. The
second prefix and combobox seem aligned correctly, but the two prefixes are
not; their baselines are slightly offset which looks bad. Same in View >
General, Background.
This happens with both Breeze and Union (both master).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open configuration dialog
2. Look at Split view line

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It looks correct for the spinboxes with a similar label in Previews.
The other comboboxes in the dialog (e.g. View > Compact) also seem to be
misaligned similarly, but this is less noticeable without the prefixed label
outside the combo box
