broken system settings
After upgrade to Kubuntu 26.04, I've deleted all KDE configs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Search for "Virtual desktops"
3. No match found
OBSERVED RESULT
No Virtual Desktops dialog
EXPECTED RESULT
A dialog for configuring Virtual desktop. When I add desktops via Meta + W,
it's not reflected in Pager - Pager is hidden. The component is visible only in
edit mode.
