Pushed by filipf into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. desktoptheme: Alleviate subpar visibility of minimized tasks in Air and Oxygen We have recevied a non-neglible amount of complaints that the minimized indicators in Air and Oxygen are not visible enough. To alleviate the users' woes, this patch makes changes to both themes: - in Air, the underline's alpha has been raised - in Oxygen, the minimized line has been made slightly wider, less transparent, and has been nudged so it doesn't merge with the panel's border Ultimately Oxygen should also be ported\restored to the boxes design.
