            Bug ID: 526837
Summary: Virtual Desktop names reset with reboot
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: kwin
      Version First 6.3.6
       Reported In:
          Platform: CachyOS
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: effects-overview
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
When using multiple desktops, with custom names (other than Desktop 1, Desktop
2...), restarting will reset all except one to the default Desktop 1,
Desktop2....

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create at least 2 desktops in any version of Plasma from 6.3.6 (earliest
I've used with desktops) to 6.7.5 (current installed version, still has issue)
2. Put custom names on each desktop
3. Full reboot, (Live system will not work, will need to be an installed VM)
Logging out and back in does not seem to have the issue, open the overview to
show desktops, there will be one desktop with your custom desktop name, all the
rest will be Desktop 1, 2, 3....

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop names reset when rebooted

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop names stay as what you set them to

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): CachyOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've seen this bug in many distros and Plasma versions, definitely exists
6.3.6, 6.5.4, 6.7.5, probably in between, and earlier and later versions.
