DESCRIPTION
Using the attributes "visualmin" or "visualmax" in the effect XML files doesn't
have any effect (no pun intended)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an effect XML file
2. Add any of the attributes with reasonable values
3. Save the file and then use the effect
OBSERVED RESULT
Attribute values are not taken into consideration
EXPECTED RESULT
Attribute values limit the range of the slider or display the relative values
at the extreme positions of the slider
Kdenlive 26.08.1 installed via Flatpak
