KDirModel: show the modification time in local time The Modified column of the file dialog showed times in UTC, and could show "Tomorrow" for a file modified in the evening. This is a regression from commit 29ad205fc ("KDirModel: Pass UTC time to KFormat::formatRelativeDateTime()"), which built the date as a UTC QDateTime to save a time zone conversion. KFormat formats the date and the time in the time zone of the QDateTime that it receives, so it printed the UTC time. The column now builds the date in local time from the same timestamp.
