            Bug ID: 526980
Summary: Fade from Lockscreen -> Splash -> Background fades
                    from default KDE background
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.7.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Theme - Breeze
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
During login, the KDE Plasma default wallpaper shows briefly after the splash
screen and the configured desktop slideshow fades from that default image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Desktop Background to Slideshow
2. Configure a Splash Screen
3. Login

OBSERVED RESULT

* Configured Splash screen fades in
* Configured Splash screen shows
* Configured Splash screen gets replaced by Default KDE Plasma wallpaper
(/usr/share/wallpapers/Default/contents/images_dark/1920x1440.jxl)
* Default KDE Plasma wallpaper fades into picture from slideshow
The KDE wallpaper does not optically fit any configured wallpaper or the splash
screen and therefore looks extremely out of place.

EXPECTED RESULT
The default KDE plasma background should not be shown. Instead, either fade
from the last frame of the splash-screen or a configurable default color to the
first image from the slideshow.
