DESCRIPTION
When okulars language is set to Finnish the text to speech doesnt work on sapi
or mock tts-engines, atleast sapi supports Finnish so I think that the program
should send an error message when the language isn't supported or just default
to English. (I havent tested the program in another languages since I can't
understand them)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set okulars language to Finnish
2. Open a txt based PDF
3. Start reading the PDF with "Speak whole document" in Tools > Speak whole
document
OBSERVED RESULT
The program doesnt do anything
EXPECTED RESULT
The program reads the whole document

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You need to manually switch the tts engine to "winrt" to hear the tts
