Summary: Connecting through sftp doesn't trigger a pop up

DESCRIPTION
Trying to establish an sftp connection between Dolphin and Windows 10. Dolphin
doesn't prompt a password and the connection is not possible. In CLI it works
immediately and asks for the password.
I also tried creating Add Network Folder gui. I entered all fields but again
nothing.
So sftp://[email protected]/ doesn't work
Workaround : Dolphin in order to first connect needs in the location bar
sftp://user:[email protected]
Once the connection is first established, then you can just enter
sftp://[email protected]/
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter in the location bar sftp://[email protected]/ or try to create a
folder with such an address
2. Dolphin doesn't connect at all since it doesn't ask for a password
3. Once you enter in the location bar sftp://user:[email protected] (so you
enter your Windows user password) then Dolphin establishes the connection
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin doesn't ask for the Windows password and the connection is not
established
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should ask for the password and the connection is possible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In CLI sftp works instantly. I didn't test smb or ftp but i plan to do so.
I also tried with Android and again the password was needed but the gui rarely
popued up
I tried to make the sftp work many times. The gui menu asking for the password
appeared rarely and didn't work.
I am almost certain about the reproduction BUT there is always a chance i
missed something(e.g. E.g. in the Add Network Folder gui to have saved the
password) so that is why it never asked for it again
