DESCRIPTION
Animated webps don't actually play their animations and instead show as a
static image. This is a feature regression compared to Gwenview which displayed
webp animations.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open any animated webp in Koko
OBSERVED RESULT
The webp gets opened, but only as a static image
EXPECTED RESULT
The webp should play its animation
