DESCRIPTION
Sub-lists of lists under block quote have wrong parent, this leads to wrong
parse of nested lists in lists under block quote.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

> * nested item
OBSERVED RESULT
We have to independent lists in block quote
EXPECTED RESULT
"nested item" should be a sub-list of "item"
