Fix custom effects lost from favorites when renamed When renaming a custom effect that was in favorites, it previously disappeared from the favorites list, and any new effect created later with the old name would unexpectedly inherit favorite status. This fix ensures that custom effects properly retain their favorite status after being renamed and are cleaned up from favorites when deleted.
