**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Add the standard Activity Bar widget to a panel.
2. Restart `plasma-plasmashell` — the indicator initially appears normal.
3. Click between activities using the Activity Bar.
4. Observe that a second, thin underline appears above the normal
active-activity indicator.
5. Switch focus to another application.
**Actual result:**
Both underlines remain visible even when the Activity Bar is not hovered and
another application has keyboard focus.
**Expected result:**
Only the active-activity indicator should remain visible when the Activity Bar
does not have keyboard focus.
**Regression:**
Started with Plasma 6.8.0.
**Possible cause:**
The new `visibleFocus` logic in `libplasma`'s `TabButton.qml`, introduced in
Plasma 6.8, may be retaining the focus indicator after switching activities.
