clipboard: Ignore duplicate setText to avoid redundant system popups

On Android 12+, writing to ClipboardManager displays a system toast
(or 'Item already copied to clipboard' on OneUI).

Previously, setText() unconditionally wrote to cm.text without checking
if the incoming content was already identical to currentContent. When
reconnecting or receiving the same clipboard content, this triggered
redundant system paste alerts.

Return early in setText() if text equals currentContent, mirroring the
existing deduplication check in onClipboardChanged().
