DESCRIPTION
When restarting the computer, since the move to 6.8, windows on restart are all
centered instead of keeping their position at shutdown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate the "Launch apps that were open: On last logout"
2. Have some windows opened and placed
3. Restart the computer and login again
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows are all restored, meaning started, but their position has moved to the
center of the screen. I can notice it strongly as I am using a very large
screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows are restarted and positioned where they were at shutdown.
