DESCRIPTION
Items in a user's favorites bar do not retain the order the user has placed
them in upon applcation restart.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add applications to favorites
2. Exit Plasma Bigscreen or reboot system
3. Enter Plasma Bigscreen
OBSERVED RESULT
Applications in the favorites bar are no longer in the same order as they were
prior to exiting Plasma Bigscreen.
