Broken icon rendering

DESCRIPTION
Icons in QML apps look very broken, look at the screenshot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Kvantum
2. Use fractional scaling or multiple screens with different scaling so that
QApplication::devicePixelRatio != QWindow::devicePixelRatio

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in QML apps look broken while widget apps look good

EXPECTED RESULT
Both look good

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: NixOS 26.11
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Kernel Version: 6.12.111 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Widget apps aren't affected since Qt uses SmoothPixmapTransform for real
widgets since 6.4:
https://github.com/qt/qtbase/commit/c78ec505293ed576779c0ee7342746cde39281d6. I
believe qqc2-desktop-style better do the same as what Qt does since the point
of its existing is emulating how Qt renders the style as far as I understand.

I tried to ask Kvantum to render with the right DPR but he made it in a way so
that only real widget apps get the fix:
https://github.com/tsujan/Kvantum/issues/976#issuecomment-6235535173

Someone already tried to make it for Oxygen but then fixed in Oxygen instead:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/qqc2-desktop-style/-/merge_requests/527. I
could re-submit it if that's acceptable.
