Both my primary monitor (LG 27GL83A-B) and the secondary "monitor" (Huion GT-221) are affected. It's very noticeable when Night Light is set to any temperature warmer than 4000K. Disabling Night Light or changing the monitor settings to "Prefer efficiency" fixes the problem.
