Use the containment's screen geometry for the popup size limit
I have two screens: DP-2 (2560x1440, primary, panel at the bottom) and HDMI-A-1
(1024x600) placed directly below it at 0,1440.
When I wake the PC from suspend, the main monitor comes up a bit later than the
system. Plasma moves the panel to the small screen for a moment and then back
to DP-2. After that, the first time I open the Application Menu it is too short
and I have to scroll the category list.
It can be reproduced with:
kscreen-doctor output.DP-2.disable; sleep 5; kscreen-doctor output.DP-2.enable
and then opening the Application Menu on DP-2.
MenuRepresentation.qml limits the height to Math.round(Screen.height * 0.9).
When the popup opens, Screen still points to HDMI-A-1 even though the panel is
already back on DP-2, so the limit is 540 px. Screen only updates about 20 ms
after the popup is shown. The saved popupHeight in
plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc was 541.
Log from a local build with console.warn added (Screen = attached Screen, panel
= Plasmoid.containment.screenGeometry):

The attached patch uses Plasmoid.containment.screenGeometry instead (the task
manager does the same) and falls back to Screen when the geometry is not known
yet. With it the menu opens at full height in the same scenario. The code in
master is the same.
