DESCRIPTION
Since the latest 6.8 KDE Plasma update, whenever I relogin after the screen
turns off, when I login there is a black screen flicker before reaching the
desktop. In previous versions, such as 6.7, there was no flicker, and it was a
smooth transition to the desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type SUPER+L
2. Relogin
3. Flicker Appears
