Pushed by vladz into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. plugins/startupfeedback: Fix icon sizing Currently, effectively we are using the "iconSize * iconSize / 16" size, which with cursor sizes other than 24 can produce very big bouncing icons. With the cursor size 24, we don't see the issue because the iconSize will be 24 / 1.5 = 16, so the quadratic term is canceled out.
