DESCRIPTION
hi, i am not sure whether its a bug or not. i noticed that when i am
downloading a video file through qbittorrent and that folder is opened in
Dolphin where the file is being downloaded, a process called kioworker is
eating ~25% cpu. i further noticed that it only happens while "Show Previews"
is enabled and disabling "Show Previews" stops the problem. so, i believe that
dolphin is stuck in a loop where it keeps regenerating the video thumbnail
every time its written by qbittorrent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download a video through qbittorrent (or maybe through anything?)
2. open the location in dolphin where the video is being downloaded
3. observe the process named kioworker
