Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. kfileitemmodelrolesupdater: wait until a file stops changing to resolve it again A file that is being downloaded changes all the time, and the directory lister reports it about every 500 ms. Before this change, the roles of a changed file waited until no file had changed for 100 ms. The changes of a download are further apart than that, so its preview was generated again for each change. For a video, a kioworker then used about 25% of a CPU for the whole download. The first change of a file is still resolved at once. A file that changes again within 2 seconds is resolved once it has not changed for 2 seconds. The wait is per file, so a file that keeps changing no longer delays the other files.
