screenshot of the same transform effects panel with the Y position field
highlighted.

DESCRIPTION:
The transform effect, which is used to move and scale images on screen, has no
option to specify where its 'pivot' or 'anchor point' should be. Instead, it
opts to always have it be at the top left corner of the clip.

This is not really that obvious especially when there's a little red cross in
the center of the clip in the preview panel, which would imply that the
center/pivot point/anchor point is in the clip's center. Additionally this can
be quite annoying when using the "center-based rescale" without being aware of
this behavior because it will lead to a change in position which is not
apparent due to the mentioned red cross.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
A:
1. add a clip/image to the timeline and add transform effect
2. set size of clip to whatever (for example 300 x 300)
3. increase size of width or height
4. realize that position doesnt change even though the cross in timeline *did*
move
B:
1. repeat step 1. and 2.
2. use the ctrl+drag "center-based rescale"
3. realize that the position did change even though the red cross stayed the
same

OBSERVED RESULT
im left manually adjusting and offsetting positions when scaling with the
intention of having the clip's center as the real center.

EXPECTED RESULT
I can adjust where the clip's center should be, like in Krita, Tahoma2D, and
many other softwares with Transform functionality.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Im not quite sure if this is a design decision made because implementing this
would be hard or whatever. I love kdenlive and thank you developers for putting
in all that nice work ❤️!
