panel info

I've seen this happen a few more times in the last few days, but this time it's
happening to my left (secondary) monitor instead of my right (primary) monitor.
I opened my laptop, connected the USB hub, then closed the lid.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2

Current layout:
- DP-2: left (secondary) logical geometry (0,0,2048,1152), scale 1.25
- DP-4: right (primary) logical geometry (2048,0,2048,1152), scale 1.25
- eDP-1 (laptop screen): connected but disabled

After some testing:
- Disabling showOnlyCurrentScreen immediately showed windows from both monitors
- Re-enabling showOnlyCurrentScreen showed an empty widget again
- I added a temporary second Icons-and-Text Task Manager to the same left panel
with the same configuration as the existing widget. The new widget showed the
correct monitor windows while the original widget remained empty.

Some LLM agent analysis claims this is the issue:
> The affected task manager retained screen geometry (1646,0,2048,1152), while
> its panel's actual geometry was (0,0,2048,1152). Window screen assignments
> were correct, but the stale filter geometry matched neither monitor, so it
> hid every window. A newly created task manager on the same panel worked
> correctly.

I'm attaching a JSON file with some output from the LLM analysis that shows
some info about the panel and the screen geometry.
